We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.
Exchanges We accept exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us at sales@zeylonstudio.com to arrange an exchange.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
